Former model and actress Tawny Kitaen was reportedly arrested on September 26, 2009, in Newport Beach, California, on suspicion of driving under the influence. Kitaen has a history of arrests and substance abuse. She was previously arrested for domestic violence and possession of cocaine and appeared on the reality show Celebrity Rehab in 2008.
